Seriously- no break in period required with these. I have had my original pair for going on four years and they're my go-to boot for long days and literally anything else. VERY comfortable. The toe box offers slightly more room than most standard boots which adds additional comfort. Most people can stay true to size in these. 

**If you have a high arch, you are likely to have problems with this boot. Please consider sizing up a half size. And if I'm being completely honest, depending on how severe your arch is, these boots may not be for you.
